Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to www.lcdp.org (the “Website”) and governs our online data collection and use. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to La Clínica del Pueblo (“La Clínica”) and its affiliates; “you” and ““your” refer to a user of the Website. By using the Website, you acknowledge the practices described here. If you do not agree with these practices, do not submit Personal Information through the Website.

Information You Provide. La Clínica collects Personal Information when you communicate with us by email or an online form, including your name, email address, and information you voluntarily provide.

We may receive information from third parties when you subscribe to a newsletter, donate, purchase art, or apply for a career, including addresses, email address, phone number, donation amount, honoree name, products purchased, payment information, employment history, and education. The Website is intended for adults and is not directed to children. A child under 13 is not authorized to submit personally identifying information. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted personal data should contact La Clínica and request deletion.
7. California Residents and Do Not Track
California residents may request information permitted by California Civil Code section 1798.83 concerning covered disclosures for direct marketing. Requests may be made once per calendar year using the contact information below. The Website does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.
8. Email Communications and Opt-Out
Contacting us, subscribing to a newsletter, or applying for a career may result in periodic promotional email communications such as announcements, offers, alerts, confirmations, or surveys. You may unsubscribe using the instructions in a promotional email. We may continue to send administrative, operational, or informational emails about donations, purchases, applications, inquiries, and other non-promotional matters.
9. Third-Party Websites
The Website may link to third-party websites, including social-media sites. This policy does not govern their collection, use, or disclosure. Review their privacy notices before providing information.
10. Changes and Contact Information
La Clínica may modify this policy. Continued Website use after a change constitutes acknowledgment of the revised policy. Please review this policy periodically.
