Each year, we update our Sliding Fee Scale to reflect changes in the Federal Poverty Guidelines.

Each year, the Federal Poverty Guidelines (FPG) are updated, and as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), we adjust our Sliding Fee Scale (SFS) accordingly. This ensures that we continue providing affordable, high-quality healthcare to all members of our community.

As a result of these updates, some copays may increase starting Monday, March 3, 2025. Your eligibility for discounts may also be adjusted based on the new guidelines. We understand that changes in costs can be a concern, and we are committed to helping you navigate these updates.

What You Need to Know:

1. Your copay amount may change based on updated income guidelines.
2. To ensure you receive the correct discount, please bring your most recent proof of income to your visits.
3. Financial assistance, payment plans, and other support services are available if needed.
