Welcome Dr. Amina Chaudhry

We are thrilled to welcome Dr. Chaudhry as our new Chief Health Officer.

Dr. Chaudhry (she/her/ella) is a board-certified general internist and primary care physician with over twenty years of clinical, community health, and health systems experience, including serving in Chief Medical Officer and Chief Executive Officer roles in community health settings.

Previously, as a postdoctoral fellow and faculty member at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, Dr. Chaudhry's research and clinical care focused on the integration of treatment for substance use disorders into HIV primary care. She later served as Chief Medical Officer at Chase Brexton Health Care, and Interim President and CEO of Planned Parenthood of Maryland. In recent years, she has developed a focus on digital health and ways it can be used to expand access to high quality care and enhance the care experience. She is the founder and CEO of Sunny, an organization dedicated to expanding access to sexual and reproductive healthcare.Dr. Chaudhry received her medical degree at Tufts University School of Medicine and holds both a Master of Public Health and a Master of Business Administration from Johns Hopkins University. For the past 8 years she has been living with her family in Quito, Ecuador, and has recently relocated back to the United States.
